Anne-Julie Guiberteau holds a Master 2 Degree DESS – DJCE »Droit des Affaires et fiscalité » (business and tax law) obtained at the University of Cergy Pontoise and a Certificate of specialization in Economic law obtained at the University of Montpellier.
She has been registered at the bar of LYON since 2005.
She has a significant practice and a strong experience in distribution, competition and consumption law.
She advises and assists her clients in the implementation of their distribution network (exclusive or selective distribution, franchise, agency, centrale purchasing agency,…), the negotiation and the drawing up of their commercial contracts and the validation of their sales and communication tools (website, promotional operations and advertisements).
She is also regularly involved in acquisition or investment operations to carry out pre-acquisition audits in distribution and competition law and draft and negotiate the commercial contracts required by the operation.
Furthermore, she represents her clients before civil, criminal or arbitral courts and in the search for an amicable solution and assists them in case of control or investigation based on any offence against the Consumption Law or any practices prohibited by Competition Law.
She teaches and regularly gives trainings in these different areas.
