DE FACTO aims to ensure the protection, valorization and defence of the economic interests of the companies and of the individuals.

The partners have long practiced with law firms with high both national and international reputation in business law, having allowed them to develop their own and recognized know-how in their practice areas.

In 2013, considering the complementarity of their respective experiences and of their areas of expertise, Armelle GROLÉE, Virginie SAN JOSE LACOMBE and Anne-Julie GUIBERTEAU decided to found DE FACTO to offer a tailor-made service focused on responsiveness, availability and efficiency.
